2. What data I collect

Newsletter subscriptions: When you subscribe to the newsletter, I collect your email address. This is stored securely via Supabase (EU-region) and used solely to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Analytics: This site uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (page views, referrers, device types). No personal identifiers are stored. Vercel's privacy policy applies: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

For newsletter subscribers, the legal basis is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing. For analytics, the legal basis is my legitimate interest in understanding how visitors use the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel Analytics does not use cookies or fingerprinting and is privacy-first by design.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email vishal.jaiswal23@gmail.com. I will respond within 30 days.

5. Data retention

Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form with no personal identifiers. I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free. Your dark/light mode preference is stored in your browser's localStorage (local to your device, never sent to any server).

7. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
